Well not exactly a pillbox--it is open on top. This white satin has a braided band of sparkling beads and a very full veil, which is in great condition.

Mid-Century Veil
Wowza. This is a headpiece for a woman with confidence and supreme style. The headpiece fits so comfortably and the full veil is well porportioned with the white flowers that frame the temples. The veil netting is especialy lovely with a lace trim on one layer. The last photo has an organza rose pinned on--just for fun. It is not part of the veil.

1950's White Floral Veil
A circular little cap encrusted with tiny white flowers and a bow. The veil is fragile and has some tears where it connects to the cap. These could be repaired, or better yet, the veiling could be replaced.

1960's Lace Headpiece
The value in this one is in the veil itself. Beautiful lace cascades down from a white pillbox hat. The main piece has intricate lace design, while the short blusher is simple netting. The cap, while still sound, is slightly rumpled (see the last photo) and the inside of the cap has some rust stains (but they do not show through to the outside.)
